Week 4:  We Are Building a Legacy Together 🌱

Hey Gorgeous Fams!

Welcome to Week 4 of our 4-Week Family Affirmation Challenge! Can you believe it's already Week 4?

You all have been doing an incredible job, and I'm so proud of the positivity and love we're cultivating together. This week, we focus on the future and how we can continue to build a legacy of positivity for ourselves and generations to come.

This week is all about laying the foundation for our journey together. It's time to gather around, cozy up, and start a conversation that will spark a transformation in your family dynamics.

This Week's Focus: Affirming Our Future and Legacy 

Activities:

  • Vision Board Party: Create vision boards that represent your dreams and include affirmations that will guide you towards them. This is super fun to work on with some great music (soul, R&B, or chill hip hop is my vibe) or while watching a Saturday movie!

  • Legacy Letters: Write a letter to your future self or a future family member. Include affirmations that you hope will inspire them. This one is so fun to do with your kids! I was really surprised by what my son wrote. And my husband for that matter. Legacy letter strengthen our bonds every time, for real, for real.

Challenge:

- Commit to integrating affirmations into your daily routine moving forward.
